Compatibility: Works fine with all Atomic/Plutonium version and source
ports (EDuke32 and Jonof). Ports are recommended but not required. Chimera
TC is neither required nor recommended.

Description: Back in 1999 a French mapper, George-W. Bernard, released his Total
Conversion, "Last Reaction & Waterbases". This is still one of the finest, if
not the finest, TCs ever made for Duke3D. Soon after its release George started
working on a sequel, Chimera. Chimera was released as unfinished in 2001 (seven
maps out of 11 planned). As a fan of George's work I was interested in any
unfinished maps he might have had. He sent me two maps (February 2001). Now, six
years later, I decided to finish what he had started with these two unfinished
levels.

The first part of the map (ends when you enter the elevator) is one level,
the rest is another. I simply combined these two together and added some
details, gameplay and a few areas of my own (the small outdoor area and
that room behind the glass you can't access). I'm sure I mixed the order
in which you're supposed to move but that's pretty irrelevant (if you type
"dnshowmap" or see the map in Build there's this vent area near the computer
room with the blue key that I think was going to be the original player
start).

The level has some new art from Chimera/LR&WB. It's a standalone map so
you can play it without Chimera/LR&WB.

This is actually my second "tribute" to George-W. Bernard. My mini-mod,
Brave New World, has a level that's based on a level theme George used in
LR&WB TC.

The level also works great with DeeperThought's "Weapon of Mass Destruction"
modification. See here: http://www.freewebtown.com/deeperthought1/index.html

Story: I think this continues where "Big City Nights" (E4L7) left.

"To the people I forgot, you weren't on my mind for some reason and you
probably don't deserve any thanks anyway." -Eminem

Other:

-Plutonium Pack/Atomic Edition required
-Single-player only
-The new midi is from Sonic & Knuckles (Death Egg Zone)
-There are two skill settings - s2 & s3
-There's some new art. This stuff is mostly from LR&WB/Chimera
Total Conversions. You may use it but remember to provide proper
credits

Bugs:

Some minor alignment bugs and some shadows don't look realistic. The first elevator has
an alignment bug but I was unable to fix it.

Copyright: Don't steal my work. Spread it anywhere you want and ask money for it if you want
but make sure everybody knows that this is my level (in other words - keep both the .map, the
.txt & the rest within the zip).
